Salon Policy

  1. At Color Nails Salon, we are committed to providing you with the best possible service and experience. To ensure that you have a great experience at our salon, we have a few policies in place that we would like you to be aware of:
  2. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on gift cards once they have been purchased. Gift cards may be used towards any of our services or products, and they do not expire.
  3. Guarantee Policy: We take pride in our work and stand behind the quality of our services. If you experience any issues with your nails within the 7 days after your appointment, please let us know and we will be happy to fix any broken or chipped nails free of charge.
  4. Appointment Policy: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure that we can accommodate our other clients.
  5. Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes unexpected things happen and you may need to cancel your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours's notice so that we can offer your appointment time to another client.
  6. Hygiene Policy: We take cleanliness and hygiene very seriously. Our salon follows strict sanitation protocols and we use disposable tools whenever possible. All our staff members are licensed and follow all the necessary health and safety protocols.
